MR-J3驅(qū)動，QD75MH4定位模塊

控制X,Y,Z三根軸

X電機(jī)是3.5KW，Y,Z電機(jī)是2KW

X,Y電機(jī)電纜接反，數(shù)據(jù)線接對

在不知情況下灌進(jìn)PLC和QP

開始只有Z驅(qū)動出現(xiàn)2032錯(cuò)誤，有時(shí)還有2033，2050錯(cuò)誤

后來Y,Z軸都出現(xiàn)2032錯(cuò)誤，怎么解決

Error code       2032
Error name      Overcurrent

1. Current that flew is higher than the permissible current of the servo amplifier.

1) Short occurred in servo motor power (U, V, W).
2) Transistor (IPM) of the servo amplifier faulty.
3) Ground fault occurred in servo motor power (U, V, W).
4) External noise caused the overcurrent detection circuit to mis-operate.

Remedy

1. 1),3) remedy

Correct the wiring.

Change the servo amplifier.

1. 4) remedy

Take noise suppression measures.
